There is even a special guitar setting, apparently better choose “Alternate Guitar” that simulates 360 guitars. It is not tested, but you can try x360ce with your real controller and map it as you like. Just plug your controller and figure it out. To use you controller, just rename the Xinput1_3.dll to something else. The embedded Xinput1_3.dll accepts the remap from Xinputter.ini file, that emulates a keyboard as controller. Game has been made compatible with any x360 controller…. Note3: game is known to be laggy on some computers, so you have to adjust video and audio lags in TEST MENU too. Note2: coin is not handled atm, so you have to set game mode to freeplay in TEST MENU (see controls below). Note1: to accept all your settings, game sometimes need to be closed and rerun….

That’s all! Tested from 800×600 to 1600×900 and it’s perfect! So, to run the game, just extract the archive anywhere and run the LAUNCHER exe “AS ADMIN” (if not some patches may fail).
To choose your resolution, edit the AspyrConfig.xml file included at game root. You even have access to DEBUG MENU to UNLOCK EVERY SONGS or CHARACTERS or else…. This enable the main menu at boot, and let you choose which mode to play.
Lets see the controls section below for this And you can edit the debug entry unlockmainmenu by changing value to 1. There is an Xinputter.ini file at game root, you can edit the key mappings for emulated x360 controllers done by the included Xinput1_3.dll. NOTE: There is a crashfix exe in a separate archive file, just replace the original exe with this one if you experiment some random crashes when playing….And let me know if it doesn’t work or worse…
